Hotel Site Selection, LLC. will match your group with hotels and resorts by analyzing the needs and preferences of both.
STEP BY STEP
→ Through a phone call, e-mail or face-to-face conversation, I will evaluate your needs and preferences for your group and your meeting
→ With that information, I will determine the most apt grouping of hotel and resort options for your program
→ I will send your RFP to the assigned salesperson at each property, collect their responses and consolidate the information into a spreadsheet
(rates, availability, taxes, room rental, resort fees, etc.) and forward that information on to you
→ At this point, you can either work directly with the hotels that offer availability OR I can proceed with the following steps:
• Collect sales kits and proposals for your review
• Coordinate site inspections
• Negotiate contracts to ensure a win-win between you and the chosen hotel
• Communicate your decision to all of the hotels that were not selected
• Troubleshoot should you face any issues with your hotel sales contact, conference services team or accounting department pre or post conference

→ You only have to explain your program once (to me) rather than to multiple hotel salespeople

→ If meeting planning is your primary responsibility, you can simply utilize me to get the ball rolling and eliminate those options that are not available or out of your price range
→ (I can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you see fit – my goal is simply to help you look good!)
